Description
1, Nitrocellulose coatings are used extensively in the furniture industry due to their “user friendliness” and the ability to be applied by multiple coats, particularly when used in conjunction with various color applications such as NGR stains, overall stains, sap stains, toners, fillers, wiping stains and glazes. Nitrocellulose coating systems are easily repaired throughout the finishing process. Rubbing and polishing are easily accomplished. Ermine NC is a cost effective solution to your fast production needs, it is Nitrocellulose base lacquer, a free sanding one-coat (mono-coat) system which means you can use it as a sealer as well as top-coat is best suited for open pore and offers a fine base for lacquers topcoats. While it offers adequate protection against the rigors of habitual use, it is unsuitable in conditions with high ambient moisture, such as your bathroom and kitchen.
2, Silica matting agent generally used for NC wood coating. It is a synthetic amorphous silica appearing as white powder. It is a micronized precipitated silica matting agent for both solvent-based and water-based system.
